Vistaro Living stands for the feeling of arriving and being at home straight away. Behind it are people who have made it their task to create that feeling for every guest, again and again, and to make it one of a kind.
Arriving should

Every time.
Everyone knows the feeling: late at night in an unfamiliar city, your suitcase rumbling down a long corridor, and at the end of it a room that looks like a thousand others. Not somewhere you look forward to waking up tomorrow.
That is exactly where Vistaro Living came from. We wanted to create apartments we would happily move into ourselves for a few nights or a few months. So with every apartment the two of us stand in the kitchen and ask: is everything here that you need at ten in the evening? A sharp knife, a decent pan, coffee for the morning, a towel that does not scratch, light that is warm rather than glaring.
And when guests arrive with a child, we put the cot in beforehand – so that nobody has to assemble anything after a long journey.
We look after our apartments ourselves, with no agency and no management company in between. Write to us and you get a reply from one of the two of us – from someone who knows the apartment, knows which drawer sticks, and who, if it comes to it, will be standing there with the mop. It is hard work at times, but it is the reason our guests come back.

Honest photos
The photos show the apartment you will actually get. No wide-angle lens turning 18 m² into a suite. We want you to be pleasantly surprised when you arrive, not disappointed.
Clear prices
What the calendar says is the price. Cleaning, linen, electricity, Wi-Fi – all included. Nothing appears at the final step that you had not already seen.
Genuinely reachable
One point of contact, not a ticketing system. If the access code plays up in the evening or the coffee machine gives up, somebody here picks up the phone and sorts it out.
Everything already there
Kitchen fully equipped, beds made, towels ready, coffee in the cupboard, cot on request. Bookable from a single night, self check-in around the clock, parking outside the door.
Braunschweig
and Wolfsburg.
Two cities, thirty kilometres apart, and both considerably better than their reputation suggests. Braunschweig with the Magniviertel, the river Oker and a centre you can cover on foot in an afternoon. Wolfsburg with the plant, the Autostadt and the phaeno – and distances short enough to still have plans in the evening.
This is where we started, and where we know the streets, the bakeries and the parking situation. We take that standard with us: an apartment only joins the list once we know the neighbourhood well enough to recommend it to someone – whether it is two streets away or in another city.
