Three months in a hotel

A hotel room is made for two nights. From the third week on, everything that makes up an everyday life is missing: a hob, a washing machine, a table with room for more than one laptop, a wardrobe you actually unpack into.
With us you do not get a room but a whole apartment with three rooms – kitchen, bathroom, living area, bedroom. Everything is furnished and equipped, from the saucepan to the towel. You move in with one suitcase and start living the same evening instead of furnishing.
And you do not sign a tenancy agreement for it. There is no deposit in the classic sense, no handover protocol about drill holes, no registering of electricity and internet, no utility bill a year later. You book a period, and afterwards it is done.
- Cheaper from one month. The nightly rate falls in stages – once from seven nights and again from one month.
- Electricity, heating, water and Wi-Fi included. One price, no back payment, no statement at the end of the year.
- Fully equipped kitchen. Hob, oven, dishwasher, pots and pans, coffee – not just a hotplate on the sideboard.
- Washing machine in the apartment. No launderette, no laundry service, no suitcases full of dirty washing at the weekend.
- Interim cleaning on request. From about two weeks with a change of linen, regularly if you prefer.

The apartment is the same. What differs is the handling around it – and we set that up according to who is booking.
Project teams, fitters, secondees
When a project runs over months, you book once and not afresh every week. Invoice to the company with VAT shown separately, and a collective invoice per month if you prefer. If the team changes at a shift handover, only the name changes – not the booking.
Up to six people fit into one apartment. For several stays a year we talk about fixed terms rather than daily rates.
Business travellers, relocation, interim periods
A new job in the region and your own place is not ready yet. A refurbishment at home that takes longer than expected. A separation, a training course, a research stay. For all of that you do not need a two-year tenancy agreement.
You book the period you actually need and extend it if it turns out longer. No viewing appointment alongside thirty other applicants, no notice period, no paperwork over a two-year term.

You write to us saying from when, for how long and for how many people. We tell you availability and price for exactly that period.
Confirmation
In writing, with the address, the terms and the invoice details. For companies on account if preferred, for private guests through the booking window.
Moving in
Self check-in around the clock. The access code and directions arrive the day before you travel – even if it gets late.
Extending
If it runs longer, let us know. We keep the period free for as long as we can and get in touch early if it gets tight.
Braunschweig
and Wolfsburg.
Six apartments at five addresses: four in Braunschweig, two in Wolfsburg. One and a half to three rooms, for two to six people, all set up for long stays.
In Wolfsburg the routes to the plant and to the Autostadt are short. In Braunschweig the apartments are central enough that you can walk to dinner in the evening, and quiet enough that you sleep after a late shift. A parking space is usually right outside the building.
Anyone staying longer notices things like that first: how far it is to the supermarket, whether the washing machine runs quietly, whether the Wi-Fi still holds up at eight in the evening. That is why every apartment page says what is actually there – and not what sounds good.
On staying longer
From one month. That is when the cheaper tier applies, and we match cleaning, linen changes and invoicing to the longer period. There is still no fixed minimum stay – our apartments remain bookable from a single night.
The nightly rate falls in two stages: once from seven nights and again from one month. How much that amounts to in a specific case depends on the apartment, the period and the season. The booking window calculates the tiers automatically as soon as you enter your dates.
Yes. Electricity, heating, water and Wi-Fi are included in the price. There is no utility statement and no back payment the following year. The electricity comes 100 per cent from renewable sources.
On request. From about two weeks we offer an interim clean with a change of linen, and on a fixed rhythm for longer stays. Just tell us what you prefer.
As a rule, yes. Projects almost always take longer than planned, we know that. Let us know early and we will keep the period free. If it does get tight because someone else has already booked, you will hear it from us in good time and not three days beforehand.

No. You book a period, just as you would book an apartment for a week – only longer. No deposit in the classic sense, no paperwork over a two-year term, no notice period.
Then we talk about it in person. Very long stays are treated differently in tax and contractual terms than a stay of a few months, and we clear that up together beforehand rather than afterwards. Just write and tell us what you have in mind.
