Fitters, project teams and staff on secondment rarely stay two nights. They stay for weeks. In that time they need a washing machine, a hob, a table you can work at, and a bed that really carries you after a long shift.
A furnished apartment usually costs less per night than a comparable hotel room – and considerably less as soon as two people travel together or somebody cooks instead of eating out every evening. The real difference, though, is not the price. It is knowing that your team can work well rested.
And everything is already there: a fully equipped kitchen, fresh bed linen and towels, coffee, a washing machine, fast Wi-Fi and a desk where a report can still be finished in the evening. Your staff need not go out and buy a thing on their first night.

Enquiry
You send us the dates, the number of people and the location. We reply with availability and price – no ping-pong of follow-up questions.

Confirmation
You get written confirmation with the address, the terms and the invoicing details. Payment either in advance or against an invoice, as you prefer.

Arrival
Self check-in around the clock. The access code and directions arrive the day before, late arrivals included.

Looking after you
One point of contact by phone and message. Interim cleaning, change of linen and extensions on request.

Extension
Projects run long. We hold the dates open for as long as we can, and tell you early if things get tight.

Invoicing
One invoice per month or one per stay, whichever suits your accounts department. Digital, audit-proof, on time.
